Inscription: 'In honour of our Lord Jesus Christ the King of Kings, and in grateful recollection of His Servant Victoria, by the Grace of God Queen of Great Britain and Ireland, and Empress of India, mdcccxxxvii=mcmi, the Citizens of Monmouth dedicate this window.'
