Single-light window with a standing figure of the saint as abbess, over a scene below depicting her encounter with Brochwel Yscythrog, Prince of Powys.

size: 60 cm (width) [approx]
artist: Mary Lowndes

Church of St Tydecho, Cemmaes, Powys
south wall of the nave

Signed and dated with the artist's monogram.

Given in memory of Sydney and Elizabeth Hughes in Easter 1905. A plaque recording the gift in an arts and crafts style may also be by the artist or the firm Lowndes & Drury.
