Charles Hean


Artist based, during the 1890s, in Pulborough, Sussex. He was briefly in partnership with W.F. Dixon and Edward Frampton in around 1877, and also had associations (perhaps as an employee) with Heaton, Butler & Bayne, probably as a designer.
