formerly in: Cardiganshire
Diocese of St Davids
Church built on a medieval site in 1831, of which only the tower remains, as the church was rebuilt again in 1887, by D. E. Thomas of Haverfordwest for the Jones family of Derry Ormond. The church and nearby housing are a good example of an estate village of the nineteenth century. The architect of the earlier church may have been C.R. Cockerell. who designed Derry Ormond mansion and St David's College nearby in Lampeter.
