Church (Anglican)

Medieval church associated with the Knights Hospitaller, which gave rise to its dedication. A grammar school was founded in the church, and then moved to a schoolhouse built within the churchyard in 1803 (replaced in 1812). The church was demolished and rebuilt in 1897–9 by Harold Hughes.
